We try to have a relatively flat authority structure and not a hierarchical pyramid. We have a Leadership Team that has spiritual oversight and a Board of Trustees which oversees the nuts and bolts compliance aspects of church.

I am now a retiree after a lifetime of working in the IT industry from its infancy. I became a Christian in my 20’s having experienced renewal in the church I was part of. I have been a member of Connect Church for many years and recently appointed as a Trustee.
